small window ineffective air conditioning
the room overlooked another building, not ideal, especially given i expected a better view. the window was also quite small, so it felt a bit closed in. the air conditioning was a little too effective. it was difficult to adjust, leaving the room either too cold or stuffy (no happy medium i guess).

Solid Choice near the Creek
complimentary upgrade wonderful view modern apartment convenient location
The hotel provided a complimentary upgrade to a three-bedroom apartment. This apartment featured views of the city skyline and the Creek. The apartment included modern equipment and furnishings. Its location proved convenient for exploring souks and the Creek area.
The pool area had a limited number of sun loungers. Securing a spot by the pool proved challenging . This occasionally made it difficult to fully relax and enjoy the pool facilities.

fresh egg egg station complimentary shuttle friendly staff small gym limited treadmills unavailable food
i stayed here for three nights. the breakfast was nice, it had a fresh egg station. i also liked the complimentary shuttle, it took me to kite beach. the hotel IS super clean, and the staffs were friendly.
the gym seemed small. it only had two treadmills. also, i didn't like that there was no food on the all inclusive package after 3:30 PM. i had to PAY if i wanted a snack.

excellent hotel stay!
accommodating staff great pool friendly staff city view
The staff was very accommodating, i arrived early and they made arrangements for me. the pool area was great and the gym looked good too. the staff at the restaurant was friendly and kind. i had a city view room with a king bed. It was a very good experience (i felt at home).
the only very slight negative aspect was the soundproofing, i could hear a lot from outside my room.

the location provides convenient access to the airport and the city. a taxi ride to the city cost between 8 and 15 euros, depending on the time of day.

the pool on the 13th floor has a fine view and stays open until 10 pm. the gym features good equipment, is clean, and of a great size. i noticed the hotel offers free shuttle services to three main spots daily.

friendly staff complimentary cake small room road noise
the staff were very friendly to me. i got complimentary cake and a fruit basket in the Room Lounge Access King Bed i booked, which i found very thoughtful.
the room was rather small. the road noise from outside disturbed me, i found it quite loud.

The staff was friendly and helpful . They were consistently polite.
the room's air conditioning was not working properly. it made it difficult to sleep comfortably. also, the breakfast selection was quite limited and did not offer much variety throughout my stay, which became monotonous.
