the room overlooked another building, not ideal, especially given i expected a better view. the window was also quite small, so it felt a bit closed in. the air conditioning was a little too effective. it was difficult to adjust, leaving the room either too cold or stuffy (no happy medium i guess).

The hotel provided a complimentary upgrade to a three-bedroom apartment. This apartment featured views of the city skyline and the Creek. The apartment included modern equipment and furnishings. Its location proved convenient for exploring souks and the Creek area.
The pool area had a limited number of sun loungers. Securing a spot by the pool proved challenging . This occasionally made it difficult to fully relax and enjoy the pool facilities.

i stayed here for three nights. the breakfast was nice, it had a fresh egg station. i also liked the complimentary shuttle, it took me to kite beach. the hotel IS super clean, and the staffs were friendly.
the gym seemed small. it only had two treadmills. also, i didn't like that there was no food on the all inclusive package after 3:30 PM. i had to PAY if i wanted a snack.

The staff was very accommodating, i arrived early and they made arrangements for me. the pool area was great and the gym looked good too. the staff at the restaurant was friendly and kind. i had a city view room with a king bed. It was a very good experience (i felt at home).
the only very slight negative aspect was the soundproofing, i could hear a lot from outside my room.

the location provides convenient access to the airport and the city. a taxi ride to the city cost between 8 and 15 euros, depending on the time of day.
